THE 2026 N.S.W. CUTLERS EXPO

The NSW Cutlers Expo (previously Sydney Knife Show) is Australia’s largest annual knife event established to showcase the work of top Australian and overseas artisan knifemakers, knifemaking courses, suppliers, demonstrations, reenactors, and much more, over 2 days at the Wentworth Park Sporting Complex in Glebe.

Over 150 tables of all things sharp - The NSW Cutlers Expo will be massive and a must attend event for ALL edged tool users, appreciators and collectors, including; home cooks, chef’s, bushcrafters, hunters, hikers, handyman, tradies, farmers, etc…

50+ individual Artisan knifemakers from every state of Australia and both islands of New Zealand, displaying their quality handmade knives, axes and edged tools of all types and styles, including; Art knives, folding knives, fixed blades, daggers, swords, chef knives, EDC, utility, axes, hatchets, hawks, and so much more.

Factory knives from the worlds best brands including Benchmade, Civivi, Ruike, Tops, ZT, Cold Steel, Ka-Bar, SOG, Buck, Kizer, Knafs, Jack Wolf, Vosteed, Japanese kitchen knife brands, Boker, Randall, Buck, Puma, ESEE, OKC, Deejo, and many many more.

Demonstrations and reenactors galore, including;
The Artist Blacksmith Association NSW - demonstrating a range of blacksmithing and bladesmithing
The Highland Rose, Jacobite Living History Group - demonstrating 18th century Scottish history
Red Boat Kungfu demonstrating fighting including with knife self defence
HEMA Reenactors
Scrimshander demonstrating ancient scrimshaw techniques
Engraver demonstrating hand engraving
Leather worker demonstrating the fine art of handmade leatherwork

Suppliers and Others - All knifemaking and forging supplies, timber, leatherwork, historical products, sharpening products, abrasives, EDC products, tools, machinery, PPE, and more.

Food and drinks - Full cafe facilities with a choice of food, hot and cold drinks; retailer with a range of smallgoods and cured meats; directly across the road from Sydney Fish Markets for those wanting a seafood fix.
