THE 2026 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CUTLERS EXPO

The South Australian Cutlers Expo (formerly Adelaide Knife Show) is back in early October 2026 and is growing rapidly, with a massive amount of artisan knifemakers, blacksmiths, demonstrators and suppliers, 2026 will be our largest knife show in Adelaide ever!

Our new venue at the Torrens Parade Ground was a massive hit with both exhibitors and public in 2025, and we are pleased to be back again at this magnificent venue.

Featuring artisan knifemakers, bladesmiths and blacksmiths from SA, NSW, VIC and WA registered, exhibiting folders, edc, utility, chef and hunting knives through to swords, leatherwork, blacksmith products, and more, all handmade here in Australia. Check out the Blacksmith Harley Davidson that has blacksmith hand forged items on it, a mobile piece of art!

A large amount of demonstrators are joining us in 2026 including;

The Artist Blacksmiths Association of SA - Showing ‘smithing’ techniques while shaping steel by fire, anvil and hammer.
Reenact SA - Showing their WWII equipment, vehicles and more while explaining their uses.
SA Gem Club - Demonstrating the faceting and shaping of Gems and jewellery from beautiful natural earth made gemstones

Suppliers from the east coast will again make the trip across, this is the only chance you get to check out their range in person, including belt grinders, kilns, handle material, steel and so much more, all at show prices, so if you are a knifemaker, or interested, the expo is a must to attend.

A choice of food and drinks, including a veteran run BBQ (proceeds go to helping veterans), you won’t go hungry, while the coffee van will give you the liquid energy to check everything out.
