THE 2026 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN CUTLERS EXPO

For 27 years, the Adelaide Knife Show was run by Peter Bald, becoming the oldest continually run Knife Show in Australia with a reputation for forging a strong community and championing quality craftsmanship. From 2022 the Australian Knife Art Association was honoured to be asked to continue the show’s legacy, previously holding the show at the Ridley Centre at the Adelaide Showgrounds and now at it’s new home at the Torrens Parade Grounds and Drill Hall.

After an extremely successful 2025 Expo at a fantastic venue, we have re-booked the Torrens Parade Ground for the 2026 S.A. Cutlers Expo, with a focus on showcasing top custom makers of cutlery, knives, tools and associated industries, but also the vibrant South Australian maker community.

Exhibitor Registrations for the 2026 S.A. Cutlers Expo are now open. Those wishing to exhibit can apply through the Online Registration form or by completing the form within the prospectus as below.
