Yes. There is limited carparks within Torrens Parade Ground for attendees, these are accessible through the venue gates off Victoria Drive, parking is $10 per car per day.
Event tickets must be shown to enter the carpark so people not attending the expo don’t take the parking spots.
There is numerous other parking areas around the venue if this is full.

Yes, keep in mind that purchases at the door are more expensive than online due to staffing costs, so the cheapest and easiest option is to purchase online.

Yes, there is plenty for children to see as well. All under 18’s get free admission, but, must be accompanied by an adult or guardian with a paying ticket and have an U18’s ticket to enter. If asked at the ticket box or entry person proof of age must be provided.

No sales of any edged tool (knife, axe etc…) will be made to U18’s, if requested by the vendor proof of age must be shown.

Tickets purchased for the SA Cutlers Expo are non-refundable. Should you choose not to attend, you may give your ticket to someone else. Daily tickets purchased in advance may be exchanged for a different day by contacting us.

No. Only service animals are permitted at the SA Cutlers Expo. The service animal must wear a branded jacket/harness from the organisation who qualified it, and if asked the handler must present documentation of such qualifications.

Yes. Be aware that your bag may be subject to being searched by security.

Absolutely. The knife you purchase will be packaged securely, and if requested by you, the exhibitor will provide a receipt of purchase to produce if asked.

If you bring any knife into the show, you must abide by any current SA laws and legislation pertaining to carrying a knife on you.

Yes, if you want to leave the inside venue and return the same day you can get a passout stamp or wristband on your way out.

Yes, there is a cafe onsite within the venue with many options.

Any person caught walking around the Expo area selling a product or service, and is not a paid exhibitor, will be immediately removed from the Expo and possibly banned from attending in future years.

There is striclty no consumption of alcohol to be consumed at the SA Cutlers Expo during expo opening hours. Anybody found intoxicated during the event will be removed and any monies paid forfeited.

Yes, we offer ½ tables shared with another custom maker, please see the TBC for more information.

Once the venue becomes full with exhibitors, all registrations are placed onto a wait list for a table becoming available upon any cancellations.

Yes, as noted in the contract a current public liability insurance policy is mandatory. If any products are lost, stolen or damaged while you exhibit, SA Cutlers Expo and/or the Knife Art Association Inc, and their associated members and committee are not responsible or liable.

All items for sale and sold within the Expo are to be legal according to current SA state laws and legislation. If they are not and are displayed on your table, you will be asked to remove the item, or, may be asked to leave the Expo, forfeiting any monies paid. Please package all knives sold securely and safely for the purchaser to transport it home.
All edged tools are to be displayed in a lockable display cabinet.

Yes, there is parking onsite for exhibitors.

No sales of edged tools (knives axes, etc…) are to be made to anyone under the age of 18. If unsure, you are within your legal right to ask for proof of age or refuse to sell to that person.

All exhibitor personnel are required to wear exhibitor event lanyards given to you when you arrive, these must be worn by all registered attendees at all Expo functions. Exhibitors are not allowed to issue unauthorised, complimentary or discounted badges to anyone. If the Expo Committee determines name badges have been issued improperly, the attendee will be asked to immediately leave the expo, forfeiting all monies previously paid.

Any exhibitor wishing to cancel their space reservation before the 30th of July 2026, for reasons of their own may do so in writing and will receive a refund of monies paid at the discretion of the Knife Art Association. Any cancellation after the 1st of August 2026 will be accepted, but no refund of Expo exhibit space money will be made.
If the Expo is cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, exhibitors will receive a full refund of any monies paid.

All sold knives are to be packaged securely and safely. All packages should be either taped or cable tied closed when leaving your table, this will make it easier for the purchaser to carry it home safely, and, if asked by SA Police they can show it has been packaged accordingly. We also recommend giving the purchaser a receipt of purchase so they can produce this if asked by SA Police.
